Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Overview

This policy explains what information the site handles and why. We try to collect as little as possible.

What you enter

The details and photo you type into the biodata form, the information you enter in the CV builder, and the business details, optional logo and QR link you enter in the visiting card maker are processed in your browser to build previews and downloadable files. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Our Netlify payment functions send the fixed product type and ₹19 order amount to Razorpay, and verify the payment response and captured order before downloads are enabled. Razorpay may share a payment reference and transaction details so we can verify the purchase and support you. We do not receive or store your card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.

Hosting and fonts

The site is delivered through a hosting provider that may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. The browser may also download QR-code and document-export libraries from cdnjs when you use those features. Your form contents, logo and QR destination are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to cdnjs by the editor.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not currently set advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and describe what is measured.

Emails you send us

If you write to support@biodatamaker.shop, we keep your message and our reply so that we can help you, and we do not use it for anything else.

Your choices

You can clear your browser data at any time to remove anything held in your browser. You may ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by writing to us.

Children

The service is intended for people creating their own biodata or CV and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy, and the date on this page shows when it last changed.
